About me...

I'm fascinated by people and find it meaningful making a connection with my clients and being part of their journey in life. I am passionate about development and will support and encourage you to grow and develop in ways you maybe hadn't thought possible.

I’m an experienced psychotherapist with an established private practice since 2008. I work with people over the longer term, in depth psychotherapy, or shorter term counselling depending on what you need. I see clients from a range of sources e.g. you may be offered counselling through your employer, a law firm or an insurance company. I have recognition with Aviva, Axa Health, Vitality Health and WPA. Please see the links for each company on the Useful Links page

I work as a Young Person and Family Therapist for the Family Counselling Trust (FCT) in Hampshire https://familycounsellingtrust.org/ and sit on the FCT Referral Panel for Hampshire. I find supporting young people and helping them develop and grow particularly meaningful and engaging. I’m a member of “StepIn ASAP”, we all work with stepfamily members. For more information please click here I also work as a Coach, please see the Services tab for more details.

I previously worked as a Counsellor for students at two universities in Hampshire over 5 years, as a Counsellor at MIND and as a Bereavement Counsellor at a hospice. Earlier in my career I worked for many years in a FTSE-100 retailer within HR in generalist and specialist roles and my unique blend of skills, experience and training combine to provide a professional and warm service to my clients.

I am an accredited member of the UKCP, a member of the BACP and on the BACP Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I have a diploma in Family Therapy and am also a chartered member of the CIPD. I completed my training at the School of Psychotherapy & Counselling Psychology at Regent's University.
